1 very safe option: good mat foundation, natural color for model or slightly lighter/whiter, and cold toned correction. Black /black with color in the middle (red/ble/purple)/very dark lips, mat or glossy

2 Graphic lines in black or white.  White can be less noticeable at runway. In my own practice black lining also not really noticeable. But I’ll send some examples, it can be may be thicker(?) 

Here is also idea of blue brows. It also look as wired lining

3 Monochrome makeup. Your clothes is black and white, so it might look better done in the only one color. It’s not even makeup in normal understanding. Just stains of color made with paints or shadows, I have a color mascara to support look (blue, red, white, beige). 

I don’t know about color that /if you want, it’s just my guess
